The Position
The primary responsibility of the Sales Recruiter is to find creative ways to identify and attract inside and outside sales talent throughout the organization at all levels. This includes utilizing creative sourcing solutions to engage both active and passive talent. The recruiter serves as an ambassador and champion in creating an exceptional candidate experience across all stages of the candidate journey. As a recruiter, you will play an instrumental role on the Human Resources team during a significant time of growth and evolution.
