Job Purpose
The Human Resource Director works directly with both Payroc’s management and its employees, as their work focuses on supporting strategic planning with senior leadership to recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff as the business rapidly scales up. The Human resource director is responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans, and programs are realized.

Job Classification: Exempt
Definition: Certain types of employees, who are classified as exempt employees, are not entitled to overtime pay as guaranteed by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). If an employee is classified as exempt (vs. non-exempt) their employer is not required to pay them overtime pay.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 per year
