Job Summary
The HR Advisor is responsible for providing human resource services and consulting to multiple clients across a variety of industries. The role involves conducting an initial HR compliance audit and working with our clients to identify best practice recommendations as well as working to drive up efficiency with the isolved technology being used by clients. The HR Advisor will partner with clients to understand their business and related needs, analyze existing systems, examine business processes, and help implement appropriate solutions. They will also exchange routine information with members of the Implementation and Support team, troubleshooting and helping with issues as they arise.
The HR Advisor will:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Helps to complete initial HR Compliance audit with clients (potentially onsite)
Participates in the development of a strategic HR Action plan, and works with the client to drive those action items to completion
Maintains knowledge of trends and changes in human resources legislation, and helps proactively communicate those changes to our clients
Leverages tools and resources to provide templates, tools, and support to clients with a sense of urgency. Examples may include Employee handbooks, job descriptions, offer letters, salary benchmarking, Affirmative Action Plan support, etc.
Serves as a point of contact with multiple, concurrent new clients during the implementation process and comfortable with project management
Collaborates with other team members to optimize isolved platform (when applicable) in coordination with other departments, as necessary
Serves as a consultative resource for clients to help them better utilize products and features
Communicates professionally both internally with other departments and externally with clients/vendors regarding action items and projects
Comfortable in client facing situations to help with various stages of the implementation and/or training clients face to face (if necessary)
Focuses heavily on accuracy and attention to detail for work completed while acting with a sense of urgency to help meet internal/external deadlines
Other responsibilities as needed.

This is what we are looking for:
At least 5 years of experience working in a general Human Resources/Consulting expertise or capacity
Proficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems
Excellent analytical skills and time management skills and ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the client and as part of a team to accomplish tasks
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with client facing experience
Comfortable onsite with clients face to face for meetings and/or presentations if necessary
Proficient using Microsoft Office
Effectively handles multiple concurrent large projects
Must be flexible to overtime when necessary
Highly motivated individual that is a self-starter in a fast-paced environment that is continually changing
BA/BS in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science or equivalent work experience preferred.
HR certification(s) required (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
