PCPA (Pacific Conservatory Theatre) seeks an HR and EDI Manager for our non-profit professional theatre company. We perform year-round in three different theatres. We have a two-year training program in partnership with Allan Hancock College. We have approximately 50 employees.

Reports to: Managing Director
Pay Rate: $70,000/year
Status: Full-time
The Human Resources and EDI (Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) Manager is responsible for the overall human resources and EDI strategy and management of the organization. This position is part of the Senior Leadership team and leads efforts to foster an organizational culture that reflects PCPA’s mission and values, which include developing an anti-racist theatre practice and ongoing efforts of equity, diversity and inclusion; provides overall strategic human resource leadership to PCPA; and ensures that all staff receive the highest quality human resource management and support conducted in accordance with government legislation and regulations, contractual obligations, and College policies and procedures.
