Requirement:
Assist with the onboarding process and troubleshooting
Assist the Director of HR with coordinating talent acquisition activities including advertising, posting open positions, and closing positions in recruitment portal and external resources
Maintain HRHQ and spreadsheets to ensure regulatory compliance of current and former employees
Maintain complete confidentiality of all HR-related information
Assist the department in carrying out various human resource programs and procedures for all company employees as needed
Assist with LMS system update
Maintain records and ongoing implementation for occupational treatment centers for each property
Assist HR in updates to current policies and manuals
Create new employee personnel files
Maintain records and files
Filing, scanning, and organize
Communication regarding benefit enrollment and enrollment concerns
Answers employee questions concerning procedures and directives
Provides information by answering communications, referring special communications to appropriate person
Verifies candidates background and reply to employment verifications
Maintains manager and employee confidence by keeping human resources information confidential
Provide a full range of other HR support assignments
Knowledge of and understating of regulations and laws
Education & Experience:
Degree preferred
3 years related HR work experience in a confidential environment preferred
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products
Position Type:
This is a part-time position at 24 hours a week. May lead to a full time position at 40 hours a week
