As a Sr. Recruiter at People Science, you will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for our client companies that focus on high-volume production roles in a manufacturing environment.
Your duties may vary and can include:
Learning and fully understanding the type of candidates required to meet the client’s needs
Sourcing candidates
Networking and researching to discover new tools and vehicles to contact the best candidates
Screening applicants
Providing overflow recruitment and process work for the team(s) as needed
Learning the Recruitment Continuum and operating according to the processes and systems of People Science
Working closely with Support Mentors and up line Managers
Continuously looking for areas of improvement to the work that will result in advantages to the client, the candidates we process and the company as a whole
Sharing ideas and concerns with up line Manager(s)
Actively seeking candidates via online job boards and social media
Scheduling interviews
Conducting candidate first screens
Conducting candidate interviews
Recommending candidates for interviews
Preparing candidate profiles to present to clients
Utilizing People Science methodology for all recruiting activities
Tracking all activities and update all databases in “real time”
Managing a high volume of phone calls and emails: reaching out to candidates daily and with set activity goals
Attending weekly meetings to learn and share
Additional duties may be assigned and required as needs arise in order to assure goals and clients’ expectations are met.
The company’s expectations of the Sr. Recruiter are:
Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience as a full cycle Recruiter in a manufacturing company, supporting Operations and Engineering functions
Bachelors Degree
Ability to build Hiring Manager relationships and serve as a trusted TA Advisor
Creative Sourcing experience
Committing to learning recruitment and People Science way
Working diligently towards meeting all goals and deliverables assigned
Always acting in the best interest of the company as a whole
Protecting the client brand, client expectation and client service
Treating all coworkers, candidates, clients and vendors with respect and empathy at all times
