Come take a seat at the table and help contribute to the innovation and unparalleled success of PepsiCo! The Human Resources Coordinator contributes to PepsiCo’s success by executing HR initiatives and policies supporting the Wooster/Canton, OH Manufacturing Sites.
Accountabilities include:
Support & lead a team of Payroll Administrators to ensure payroll accuracy and efficiency
Provide coaching and advice relative to labor and employee relations matters as well as the administration, interpretation and application of the collective agreement and company policies
Establish strong relationships with the management team as well as front-line employees.
Assist managers and the Canada East HR team with resolving labor and employee relations issues.
Act as SAP/MyHR systems support for Employees and Managers as required
Ensure accuracy of employee data within SAP and EC
Provide pay/benefits issue resolution by liaising with the appropriate teams within the organization
Support & lead Kronos Administrator efficiency
Oversee the execution of disability management programs (Short- and Long-Term Disability, Worker’s Compensation)
Establish strong relationships with the management team as well as front-line employees.
Support National HR Core Process projects and HR analytics (reporting)
Participate in projects and lead employee engagement initiatives.
Support HR team with special projects
Talent Acquisition Coordinator Backup

Qualifications:
Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources,
College diploma helpful in Business or Human Resources, Bachelor’s Degree an asset
Demonstrated experience with payroll & benefits administration
Knowledge of HR and Payroll Systems: Kronos, SAP, MyHR, Kenexa helpful
Proven analytical, problem solving, conflict resolution and coaching skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills in a constantly changing, dynamic environment
Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
Demonstrated leadership skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision and make informed decisions
