The Role:

As our Director of Talent Acquisition and a member of our People Operations team, you will collaborate closely with Persefoni’s leadership and will lead our growing Talent Acquisition team to recruit our next generation of global talent. With high integrity and care, you will ensure we attract and hire individuals who have the greatest likelihood of sustained success on our rapidly growing team.

You are someone who loves global, hands-on recruiting in a fast-paced environment and you balance this drive with a smart, calculated approach that ensures the right fit for the candidate and company with every hire. You are experienced with leveraging data and data-informed insights to continually hone and perfect the recruiting process. In this role you will add significant value to our team, mission, and vision, and will directly impact the future success of the company. Responsibilities:

• Fully immerse yourself into Persefoni, growing a strong understanding of our people, business models, culture, strategy, and vision.
• Create our talent acquisition strategy, driving a practice that underscores inclusion, leverages data-informed insights, and creates shared ownership with our leadership around talent outcomes and approach.
• Play a hands-on role in our recruiting, managing a few requisitions and related legwork
• In partnership with our Marketing team, create an amazing employer brand and related recruiting materials.
• Facilitate employee referral programs.
• Direct the efforts of employment agencies and search firms, including fee negotiations as required
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Provide guidance and training to those involved in the recruiting and hiring processes.
• Be equal parts well-researched, thoughtful, and tenacious in carrying out inclusivity in our recruitment strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 10-15 years of proven success in full cycle recruitment, to include leading talent acquisition teams, management of global expansion, and experience in a rapid-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Experience leveraging data for improvements and decision-making.
• Solid understanding of, and experience with employment law, affirmative action/EEO compliance, and diversity initiatives.

How You’ll Know You’re On the Right Track:

• Within your first 30 days in this role you will lay the groundwork for excellent collaboration, spending about 50% of your time with our Senior Talent Acquisition partners, hiring managers, and executive leadership team building your knowledge of the needs and vision of our growing business.
• Within your first 60 days in this role you will develop, solicit feedback on, and evangelize a vision and strategy for talent acquisition and analytics at Persefoni.
• By your 3 month anniversary you will rolling out the execution of your strategy, checking off important mile-markers as you go. Examples might include:
  • Playing a key role in establishing recruiting strategy in our emerging entities around the world;
  • Working with our Marketing and Design teams on the creation of a world-class employer brand;
  • Driving a consultative, proactive approach to hiring with our leadership team;
  • Establishing a data-informed, scalable, and methodical candidate screening process;
  • Boosting incorporation of Persefoni’s Core Values and Operating Principles into our selection process;
  • Increasing Persefoni’s traffic and presence across diverse recruiting networks.
• Within your first year in this role you will drive the addition of 120+ incredible teammates who will successfully meet their own role outcomes, be very satisfied with their decision to join us, and be high achieving and valued members of our team.

Full-time. Remote. Salary based on experience and location.
