We are seeking an Executive Business Partner (EBP) role to provide high level strategic and administrative support to the Sr. Director, Communications.
In this role, the EBP will support the Sr. Director across their full range of work—internal leadership and external relations —ensuring follow-through, prioritization, increased bandwidth and effective coordination of all engagements, work products, and travel. Responsibilities include strategic thinking, proactive problem solving, time programming, and strategic counsel, in addition to day-to-day action items like tracking, calendar management, agenda planning, and support with travel planning, logistics, and expense tracking. The EBP will serve as Sr. Director’s proxy as appropriate and will work with the Sr. Director to program their time to lead and support the Principal’s Communications Team. The EBP will also bolster the work of the team broadly to ensure it has systems that enable it to operate effectively, strategically, and sustainably. This role will represent the Principal’s Communications Team with media, external partners, and peer organizations and requires a high caliber of oral and written communication skills and follow-through.
To be successful in this role you will need to be a self-starter, understand the complexity of the Senior Director’s role and how to navigate the organization, and understand the opportunities of the Principal’s Communications Team to advance leadership, influence, and voice. The role will require a high degree of judgment, discretion, energy, flexibility, confidence, and the ability to serve as an honest broker. You will be required to juggle multiple balls and to prioritize across competing interests and opportunities. The Senior Director will look to the EBP to help them determine their best use of time and how the team’s agenda can best be advanced.

Advance the work of the Principal’s Communications Team broadly, helping ensure the team has systems that enable it to operate effectively, strategically and sustainably.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Hourly compensation range for this role is from $52.88 – $55.96.
