Summary
As our HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will provide direct support to our team, managers, and HR as part of our People Operations function. This is both a strategic and hands-on role. Our company has grown quickly, and our vision is to ensure HR is a strategic partner. The HRBP will be a key player in achieving this vision by building relationships, providing day-to-day HR support, and offering strategic guidance to our departments (exciting, eh?).
We are looking for a proactive SHRM certified HR professional to handle a variety of responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, investigations, New Hire Orientation, workforce planning and strategy, and HR policy development and implementation. So – how are you at spinning plates? We are a small, mighty team with “an everyone pitches in” attitude, including the VP, and we’re currently backed by a large PEO.
