General Description
Respond to internal customers’ questions and general inquiries related to Human Resources Benefits systems, processes, and policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to all walk-in employee’s service requests, inbound employees call and written correspondences. Build rapport with each employee. Actively listen to employees requests and inquires and resolve them according to the established period. Provide employees orientation about Our People processes, and policies related to Benefits. Document in detail all interactions with customers. Refer some situations to Human Resources specialized units.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Health Services, Human Resources or Psychology.
Experience
One (1) year of related experience in health care education, human resources, or wellness programs.
