Human Resource Specialist
We are looking for someone who has all the HR and People Coordination basics down and is energized by supporting people projects, HR systems and data in a values-driven, people-centered, entrepreneurial multi-national organization. You will play an essential role in ensuring we continue our legacy of being an employer of choice and delivering an exceptional employee experience. If you are motivated by learning and providing support and impacting multiple aspects of the employee experience (recruiting/onboarding, employment lifecycle, total rewards, HRIS systems, people processes) on a small, nimble, innovative People team, this may be the opportunity for you. As part of our People Team, you will report to the Sr.
Manager – People. Port Blakely has adopted a hybrid work environment (working from home and office) and the role will primarily office out of Seattle, Washington with some time spent in our Tumwater,
Washington office as needed.
