This role will be remote but the employee must reside in MN or WI
Responsibilities:
Lead the recruitment process for PrairieCare
Work with HR team to build relationships with supervisors and gain an understanding of staffing needs
Conduct regular follow-up meetings with supervisors to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
Researches and uses different sourcing strategies when applicant numbers are limited
Network through industry contacts, association membership, trade groups, social media and employees to increase applicants and PrairieCare’s presence in the market
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
Assist with the research and development of new recruitment processes while enhancing existing ones
Take on special projects as requested by the HR Director
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
PHR certification preferred
Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
Knowledge of employment law and its relation to the recruiting process
Ability to work independently, as well as cooperatively with a team
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and execute multiple activities at a time
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel
