Premier Talent Partners is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to assist our client in the fintech space based in San Francisco, CA. This is a 100% remote opportunity! In this role, you will work closely with management and employees on people-related issues including talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict and performance management, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in performance management.

Duties:

• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
• Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
• Provide HR policy guidance
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
• Identify training needs for teams and individuals
• Evaluate training programs
• Suggest new HR strategies

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven work experience as an HR business partner
• Excellent people management skills
• Analytical and goal-oriented
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
• Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
• Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
• Experience leading or supporting diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and accessibility initiatives
• Commitment to unbiased and equitable hiring, with a focus on outreach to historically marginalized communities

Pay Rate:

• $51 – $58/hr*
