THE ROLE: Resourcing Specialist

Presidio is seeking a Resourcing Specialist to join our team in Irving, TX.

Our Supplemental Engineering Services team is growing and we are looking for a full life cycle Resourcing Specialist to join our team. In this unique role you will be supporting both contract and permanent placements in support Presidio’s End-Clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Individually source and identify candidates utilizing current job boards and our extensive database.
• Conduct in-depth phone screens to qualify candidates and to ensure that they meet the technical requirements for our client’s open roles.
• Handle all stages of the recruiting process from sourcing, scheduling, negotiating, on-boarding, maintaining relationships and troubleshooting resource issues.
• Maintain and record accurate candidate information within Applicant Tracking System.
• Continuously grow and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent within our ATS.
• Partner with the Sales and Engineering teams to ensure fulfillment of requisitions.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Candidates must have 2 years of full cycle technical recruiting experience in an agency setting.
• Technical or Engineering background preferred.
• Recruiting in Federal space preferred.
• Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong customer service, a great attitude, and a passion for recruiting are a must.
