Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class human resource services to the company’s employees. Treat employees as prized customers.
Consistently and clearly communicate all human resource related matters to the company’s employees and management.
Oversee all payroll procedures and processes and manage related inquiries and requests.
Maintain and inform management of current industry compensation surveys for each role within the company.
Facilitate the evaluation of employee work results by coordinating with managers to develop, implement and consistently measure Key Performance Indicators (KPI). KPI results should be reported to managers on a quarterly basis.
Implement employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommend benefit programs to management; direct the processing of benefit claims; obtain and evaluate benefit contract bids; and design and conduct educational sessions and materials on benefit programs.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements and maintaining records.
Prepare, update, and recommend human resource policies and procedures consistent with management guidelines.
Retain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
Facilitate the recruitment, interviewing and hiring of new employees.
Develop and facilitate the separation process for terminated employees.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources
3+ years in human resources
Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
