About The Position
This is full performance level, secretarial/administrative type work designed to support and assist the Field Supervisors, Assistant Associate Director, and Associate Director, Animal Management Division. Good judgment and discretion are essential to the security of confidential information and data. Under general supervision, the incumbent performs varied and responsible secretarial and administrative work often of a technical nature and difficulty. Incumbent typically determines appropriate steps to complete assignments according to established procedures. Work performance is evaluated in terms of accuracy and timely completion of projects and assignments. Work is performed under the general supervision of a higher-level supervisor.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: Upon selection, the candidate must:
