Princeton Tool, a Princeton Precision Group company and industry leader supporting the aerospace & defense, power generation, and medical industries is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant in talent acquisition. The focus of this role will be to assist with the process of filling more than 30 roles organization wide. The ideal candidate will work directly with the human resources manager, site general managers, and business unit managers to source, contact, prescreen, and set interviews with qualified candidates.

Requirements:
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
Provide daily updates to the human resources manager on all active job postings, interviews, offers, and new hires
Communicate with business unit managers or site general managers regarding potential candidates
Update job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
Perform reference checks as need
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
Schedule and communicate interviews as required
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
2 years of recruiting experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability and willingness to stay on task with little supervision
Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Proficient in most Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
