Printavo Hiring for HR Business Partner at Chicago, IL Full Time

What we need
Printavo-Inksoft is seeking an HR Business Partner with a focus on employee experience and engagement. This position will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will play a significant role in shaping the company’s culture. This is a remote position with location flexibility. Limited travel is required to support periodic in-person gatherings.

We recently combined two former industry competitors, and you will be working side-by-side with the CFO to consolidate all HR-related programs and systems. What you’ll be doing

• Support HR integration of two former competitors – merging benefit programs, platforms & people policies across the combined company
• Partner with the CFO to select and implement key HR systems, including payroll, HRIS, ATS and performance management systems
• Own and manage the talent acquisition process. Work with hiring managers to recruit for open opportunities using our ATS. Ensure all hires are within plan in coordination with the CFO.
• Partner with the executive team to support future acquisitions, including ownership of employee integration and benefit program consolidation
• Own employee queries related to benefits, leaves, and other people policies to provide a simple and seamless employee experience
• Assist in the creation, prioritization, and execution of the employee development, engagement and recognition programs
• Build inclusive workforce experiences that enhance our culture, build empathy and connection between employees
• Support and execute the culture communications strategy, including newsletters, social apps, emails, intranet, collateral and other means of communication
• Maintain compliance in all HR areas eg. employee records, benefit reporting etc.
• Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure all employee data is accurately reflected in our HRIS system
• Launch and own a company-wide DEI initiative
• Other people & culture responsibilities as needed to help the entire team run effectively and collaboratively

What you bring

• Familiarity with Business Partner Experience (2+ years at a growing, fast paced company)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Empathy, kindness, keen judgment, and a desire to help employees
• Working knowledge of US employment laws and regulations
• Ability to work with ownership and a bias for action
• HRCI or SHRM certification preferred
