Job Purpose: An HR Coordinator is the highest HR level that can be achieved as a Non-Exempt Employee. Typically, a plant HR Coordinator will be the top-level HR representative in a small facility normally reporting to a Plant Manager or Regional HR Manager. A HR Coordinator in a larger organization normally works for a Plant HR Manager. This is a HR position where the incumbent is expected to have knowledge and previous job-related experience.

Supports the recruitment/hiring process by performing Kenexa activities (onboarding and updating records with new hires);

Education/Training:
3+ Years of experience, BS/ BA degree. Excellent HRIS skills and benefit knowledge.
