PROVAIL has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Services Coordinator II to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for patient scheduling, patient insurance (verification, issue research & resolution), and providing excellent customer service. As a member of our Mobility and Communication team, you will be helping to support our outpatient speech, occupational, & assistive technology clinical services, school services, as well as other mission-based services through this administrative work. Our goal is to provide individualized communicating systems and wheelchairs to our clients to help them fulfill their life choices.
This is a hybrid position based in our Northgate office. This position will be required to be onsite during the initial training period which is expected to last the first couple of months. Once you have successfully completed the training and orientation period, this role will transition to 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week.

They created some of the first community services for individuals with cerebral palsy and other severe disabilities in the area.
