PSN Hiring for HR Generalist at Somerset, NJ Full Time

A promotional branding company located in the Somerset, NJ is looking for a Human Resources Generalist with an expertise in HR practices and policies.The position involves reviewing and processing employee benefit requests, employee relations issues, payroll records and offers company-sponsored training. The ideal HR Generalist will have a proven track record of excellent communication skills, dependable organization and superior showmanship.

This will be fully onsite – Monday – Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM. Great position for someone looking to get started with a growing corporation!!!

Responsibilities:

• Consult with management to solve work-related problems.
• Assist managers in developing effective management skills.
• Assist with company’s recruitment process.
• Assist in employee relations efforts.
• Provide training for employees.
• Coordinate employee benefits program.
• Assist in the development of employment policies and procedures.
• Be an advocate for employees

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and 1 to 2 years of experience working in the field of Human Resources
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Outstanding organizational skills and attentive to details
• Effective verbal and written skills, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Positive attitude, self-motivated & goal oriented, strong work ethic, willingness to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 – $33.00 per hour
