Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Responsible for the overall strategy, administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resources within the company. Finds issues and improvement plans, then makes recommendations to management for implementation and changes
• Develop and administer various human resources plan and procedures for all company personnel
• Plan, organize and control all activities of the department. Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems
• Implement and annually update the compensation program, rewrite job descriptions as necessary, conduct annual salary surveys and develop salary budge; analyze compensation, monitor the performance evaluation program, and revise as necessary
• Develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures; prepare and update handbook on policies and procedures; perform benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness, information activities program and cash flow
• Develop and maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations
• Conduct recruitment effort for all exempt, nonexempt and temporary workers; writes and places advertisement on job boards, and acquires recruiting agencies when needed, conducts interviews, completes reference check, background checks, extends job offers; conducts new-employee orientations
• Develop and administer all employee relations activities. Conduct exit interviews and reviews findings with senior management
• Enhance, and/or develop, implement, and enforce human resources policies and procedures of the organization that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation-HRIS
• Support with strategic HR planning for Change Management
• Other additional duties as assigned that Company requires

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Five years and more of HR Generalist experience
• Manufacturing industry experience is preferred
• Passion and Tenacity in HR
• HR certification is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish or Korean) is a plus
• Payroll experience (ADP, Dayforce etc.) is a plus
• Sufficient computer skills: MS Office
