Job Summary:
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Finance and Administration, the Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including development of policy and procedures, recruitment and screening candidates, administration of employee change request, administrate compensation packages, own the HRIS system, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
