ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process new hire paperwork in Jobvite
Responsible for the administration and day-to-day operations of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Processes background checks and drug testing for new hires
Receive, review and respond to Unemployment notices, work verification requests and other documents received via mail/fax.
Processes new hires and terminations in the HRIS
Provide administrative support as needed
Support HR in areas including, but not limited to: training, leaves of absence, workplace investigations, employee phone calls, adherence to employee manual and state & federal laws.
Serve as a trusted, confidential resource for employees across the organization
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma
1-2 year of experience in an administrative position
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work demands
Effectively operate and work with latest standard office technology
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Must be able to work from the office and be at a desk for extended period of time
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must be able to obtain NV Gaming Registration.
