Responsibilities

• Staff Scheduling for both warehouse and install teams

• Work with sales and production managers to properly allocate staff and resources for each job

• work with office on all production jobs to properly manage staff travel and logistics

• weekly meetings with production manager

• Onboarding/Oversee training of new warehouse/install employees

• Oversee inventory updates and communication between office and warehouse about incoming items and damage/missing items (inventory control)

• Trucking schedule (rent trucks and maintain the ones we own)

• Overseeing weekly warehouse schedule and to do list based on incoming and outgoing jobs

• Manage Expensify for warehouse staff and audit expenses

• Approve all payroll hours

• Oversee ordering of warehouse supplies

• monthly safety meetings/staff check ins
