Reconyx is looking for a full-time Software Developer to help develop new products as well as develop and maintain internal business operations software systems.
Responsibilities
- Write and test software for desktop, web, and mobile apps.
- Develop and deploy internal and external applications on multiple platforms.
- Debug, maintain, and enhance existing code.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide business productivity solutions.
- Maintain documentation and test plans per company standards.
- Provide testing, documentation, training, and support for third-party software and hardware.
- Resolve user-submitted problems and questions.
Qualifications/Skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Solid troubleshooting and communication skills
- Track record of successful application development
- Ability to manage work on multiple technologies and projects
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Working knowledge of document databases
- Working knowledge of source-control tools
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- One or more years of experience in software development
- Direct experience with Agile software development methodologies a plus
- Proven experience in one or more of these environments:
- Mobile & Web development:
- C#, .NET Core
- PHP, LAMP stack
- HTML, CSS
- JavaScript, jQuery
- svelte, Flutter
- Cloud Deployment:
- Google Cloud
- Firebase
- Kubernetes
Work Environment
General office environment, with normal M-F hours for the most part. Occasional after hours work for system updates and support may be required.
