We are currently a HR Associate/Specialist for full or part-time positions in our Appleton, WI location, with possible travel to other clinics.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
Strong customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work in an environment with ambiguity.
Must be flexible.
3-5 years of HR experience.
Experience with implementation of systems and project planning.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook).

Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage income inquiries, opportunities, and work requests related to HR policies and procedures. Guide center directors, employees, and executive leadership on ADP Workforce Now, benefits, and reports.
Build, maintain, and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, business development, and all other company team members ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affecting our centers.
Partner with other service team members to develop service strategy plans, identify center pain points, and make recommendations to improve and strengthen our center relationship.
Support daily HR functions.
Assists with offering letters, conducting background checks, and processing new hires for all Corporate Staff.
Assist with the operations of the HRIS – ADP Workforce Now.
Assist centers with operational aspects of process changes, and benefits programs, marketing.
Performs other human-resource-related tasks, upon request.
