You have maintained functions such as payroll, recruitment, employee relations, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance. You excel at responding to employee inquiries on HR-related topics.

As a Human Resources Manager, you’ll initiate and foster partnerships with leaders in support of the organization’s strategic objectives. You will be relied upon to handle confidential issues, employee relations, changes in the organization, performances, appraisals and other sensitive HR related matters. Your goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
