Candidate Sourcing:
Develop strong sourcing leads and strategy for all position levels for optimum results in efficient hiring and a quality candidate pipeline.
Job and Employer Brand Marketing:
Assist in developing a strategy for all position levels
Create postings for internal recruitment
Create postings /advertisements for external recruitment; research and recommend outlets and delivery channels
Use Career Arc tool to its fullest potential
Recommend employer brand and job marketing strategies
Assist in developing strategy for high turnover positions
Manager Candidate Recruiting Flow:
Take responsibility for all aspects of the recruitment life cycle, inclusive of administrative workflows that ensure a FANATIC candidate experience translates to a FANATIC employee onboarding experience.
Understand the recruiting life cycle activities and ensure completion at appropriate stage and with appropriate candidate levels.
Phone Screens, Phone Interviews, Face to Face Interviews
Complete backgrounds
Professional reference checks
New Hire Checklists
Candidate correspondence and communication
Onboarding timeframes, Orientation and training schedules
Job Fairs and other Outreach:
Actively participate in “outreach” recruiting activities, online job fairs, at site job fairs, college outreach programs; Republic Bank hosted job fairs.
Assist in evaluating the programs
Report on success rate of programs
Build an annual game plan for attendance
Represent the Bank professionally and with Fanatic enthusiasm for our Brand!
Hiring Manager Communication:
Professional and timely communications with your business partners, by telephone, email and in meetings.
Ensure efficient candidate referrals
Track feedback from the second interview process through to hiring decision of manager
Keep managers up to date on at least a weekly basis
Assist Managers in adhering with the recruiting process in a timely manner
Hiring Decisions:
Review hiring decisions with HR Administrator or HR Director to ensure hires are in keeping with compensation strategy.
Discuss approved offers with candidates
Provide all necessary information to ensure HR can provide the offer confirmation and complete the hiring tasks
Administrative Requirements:
Maintain compliant recruiting files
ATS administration including, creating postings, closing job requests, reporting, and maximizing electronic functionality of the system
Create and maintain recruiting logs reports
Candidate logs
Recruiting matrix by department and position
Assist in maintaining and updating the Affirmative Action plan
Assist with Job Description Database maintenance
Assist with new hire onboarding process, such as Welcome Maps
Compliance with all regulatory requirements such as, but not limited to, BSA/AML, GLB/Privacy, Ethics for Bankers, and Pretext Calling and Identity Theft. Completion of Compliance Training to ensure understanding of these requirements, as outlines in the Bank’s core curriculum and this positions specific curriculum on Republic Bank University.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience: College degree and/or other secondary education with a minimum of one year of experience recruiting, preferably in volume recruiting atmosphere; years of experience may offset degree requirement.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication skills, oral and written; including superior active listening skills
Strong team and relationship building skills that enhances working relationships with variety of teams and individual personalities
Excellent interpersonal skills, a professional and friendly demeanor
Experience / exposure to Applicants Tracking Systems
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suit)
Ability to remain flexibility, adapt to a change environment, shift priorities as needed
Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly
Strong problem resolution and decision making ability
The ability to maintain confidential information
Proven initiative to be a self-starter with a proactive approach
Proven policy and procedure writing capability, implementation and enforcement
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Professional appearance demeanor
