POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager, Learning ensures successful development of learning and talent development programs in alignment with strategic priorities and business goals. The Manager, Learning manages high profile, high complexity projects through needs assessment, design and development and validation phases. The Manager, Learning also oversees training and delivery activities as well as participates in the design and delivery of training programs as needed
