$90K salary plus bonus up to $30K

This full-service restoration company is looking for their next leader an operations manager. You will be overseeing both mitigation as well as reconstruction. We are looking for someone who is strong in management and has experience within the restoration industry.

REQUIREMENTS

· Restoration Industry management experience

· A strong leader with a growth mindset

Responsibilities:

· Day to day operations

· Coach, mentor and provide strong leadership and direction to your staff

· Support the Operations of the Branch: review invoices and accounts payable/receivables as well as actively participate in various other branch-related accounting functions

· Manage production

· Always ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures

· Establish and maintain harmonious labor relations among our teams and sub-contractors

· Manage overall regional budget and expenses

· Always provide the highest level of customer service
