Right at Home has an opportunity for an Inside Sales and Marketing person to secure a rewarding career in Home Care.

Candidate will be responsible for following up with new client leads, meeting with potential new clients and doing community outreach.

Essential Functions:

• Answer inside sales calls
• Respond to all new client leads
• Follow up with client prospects
• Conduct consultations with new clients
• Post on Social Media to increase SEO
• Provide information and education to healthcare professionals, facilities, organizations and consumers regarding services offered
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the community, healthcare facilities and referral sources appropriate for our Home Care Services
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals that utilize Home Care services by conducting sales visits to those referral sources
• Represent the agency at health fairs, community functions, and participate in community events appropriate for promotion of the agency
• Provide regular reporting to management on sales metrics

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of demonstrated experience in sales, marketing or healthcare
• Excellent communication and proven relationship building skills
• Organized and self-motivated in achieving sales goals

Pay: $30,000.00 – $38,000.00 per year
