Job Overview:
The Human Resources Director is a strategic and “roll up your sleeves” HR partner with the CEO and Business Leadership Team. This head of HR will provide unique perspectives focusing on comprehensive human capital solutions that contribute to the overall health of the organization. As a member of the Business Leadership Team, you will play a strategic role in driving optimal employee productivity, employee engagement, operational efficiency, and build excellent leadership practices that align with the core values at Riverpoint Medical.
