We see a variety of patients, mostly adults and offer a range of services including psychopharmacology and psychotherapy. We are searching for a candidate with prior mental health recruiting experience whether it was working in-house or within an agency. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and best hiring practices. If you have a passion for finding untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping individuals find promising careers, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate is a proven recruiter with direct, hands-on experience across all aspects of provider acquisition through various mediums of connection. Developing all the most effective practices to reach and grow our census and team will be critical to this role.
