Roots is an integrated manufactured housing community (MHC) investment platform and management company. Started in 2017, the company has grown to become one of the Top 10 MHC owners and operators in the country. Roots benefits from having two internal management companies which focus on specific sectors of the MH industry. Vineyards Management Group specializes in “heavy lift”, value-add communities that are often suffering from poor management, low occupancy, and under-utilized land use. Treehouse Communities focuses on the niche markets of 4-5 Star and 55+ communities. With this expertise, Roots is able to consider the acquisition of any available properties.

The HR Manager will work closely with many teams to solve problems, improve processes, and increase efficiency across all departments and communities.
