Position Summary:
The HR (Reporting) Analyst reports directly to the Sr. HR Manager. The primary responsibility is to ensure that the highest level of reports standards, timeliness, and accuracy are observed. This role will identify, analyze, interpret trends or patterns, and recommend solutions based on the data/report.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Acquire data from primary and secondary sources and maintain databases and data systems
Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Develop, modify, maintain and support custom reports for both ad-hoc and ongoing needs
Interpret data and analyze results
Develop and maintain data collection systems and other strategies that optimize efficiency and data quality
Assist with the review, consolidation, and reduction of data discrepancies
Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Qualifications, knowledge, and skills:
4-year degree from an accredited college/university in a related field and/or previous related professional-level experience as an Analyst
Exceptional listening and analytical skills
Solid time management skills
Must be proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Must be knowledgeable of Root Cause Analysis Methodologies and documentation (fishbone or Ishikawa diagram, 8D / 4D analysis, Value Stream Mapping, etc.)

Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and simplify complex concepts for better understanding Decision making
