Provides administrative support to the Director of Manufacturing in several human resources functions, including recruiting, benefits, training, employee records, onboarding, answering the main phone line, and other duties as required.
Proficient at Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and the majority of Microsoft Office. Must be dependable and able to handle all HR matters in a confidential manner. Needs to be organized, high energy, polite, a good listener, self-starter with good work ethics as well as be always professional. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Needs to be able to pay close attention to detail and be unbiased and fair to all employees.
Highly visible at all times seated outside of the HR Manager and the CEO/Owner’s office. Must dress in Business Casual Attire.
Qualifications
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English and Vietnamese is a requirement. College Degree required, HR experience is not required, New Grads welcome to apply, quick learner, gets the job done quickly and accurately. The ability to create forms, and flyers. Must be Tech savvy.
