Position Logistic Manager
· Executes weekly allocation schedule for all customers.
· Prepares raw data with back up document for report related to KPI, internal approval request, status report, presentation material and innovation activities.
· Prepare cargo insurance annual renewal and negotiate
Role & Responsibilities
· Immediate action on issues and errors to resolve.
· Provide the visibility to stakeholders (Customers, Sales, SCM) of estimated delivery dates and weeks.
· Train the sales team to meet company’s service and regulatory compliance requirements. Maintain training materials and training records to support divisional training.
· Manages all aspects of company 3PL warehouse facilities.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree is needed
· 5 to 10 years of experience in Logistic positions
· Strong time-management and organization skills
· Excel, Power Point and SAP knowledge is required
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, agents and fellow employees
