Salary And Benefits
This position offers full benefits and a c ompetitive salary of $105,996.80 – $151,424.00 annually
Select our Modified Benefits Package and Boost your base salary by 4% up to $157,480
3% Annual Across the Board Salary Increase February 2025
Bi-annual step increases of 2.5% up to the top step
As an alternative to the traditional benefits package, you may also be eligible to elect the Modified Benefit Option (MBO) that provides an increased base rate of pay (4% above the base rate of pay) with modified benefits. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
License: A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.

Minimum Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Public/Business Administration, Behavioral/Social Science, Political Science, Public Policy or other relevant field.
Experience:
Five (5) years of increasingly responsible professional-level, administrative experience with primary responsibility for conducting complex research and specialized analysis of programs, legislation, and/or policies that impact government, non-profit organizations, and other stakeholder agencies.
Applicants with an equivalent combination of education and experience commensurate with the responsibilities of the position may be considered.
