- Seeking one BC/BE Geriatric fellowship, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine trained physician
- Office space will be located in the Utah Valley Clinic attached to the Utah Valley Hospital
- Clinic is a Medical Home Model Clinic
- Excellent clinical support staff which allows you to focus on delivering quality medical care
- Four day work week
- Hospitalists cover all inpatients
- Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group
