The Director, HR directs and oversees the Company’s HR plan in a way that supports the mission and overall strategy of the organization. The Director, HR will lead, develop and deploy human resources strategies, initiatives, and processes, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits, compensation, associate engagement, retention strategies, organization design, and change management. The Director of HR has a deep business acumen, a solid understanding of various HR functions, excellent analytical, conceptual, and strategic skills as well as an ability to demonstrate high personal impact and influence to build a strong trusted advisor relationship with business leaders. The Director of HR works directly with assigned business / functional areas to align people and organizational strategies to business strategies and objectives while applying the appropriate level of confidentiality. This person will help drive the understanding and adoption of HR programs, managing the execution of program activities internal clients across the organization.

This is a full-time position and hours of work and days vary Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required, as needed.

Intermittent travel may be required. Travel will be determined by the needs of the company.
