Responsibilities:

• Social Media Savvy: Be on the cutting edge of social media trends and platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Threads. Create engaging and compelling social media content that aligns with our clients’ brands and resonates with their target audience.
• Social Media Management: Manage social media calendars for multiple clients, ensuring consistent posting schedules and high-quality content. Utilize social media management tools such as Loomly, HubSpot, and Canva to streamline and optimize the process.
• Website Management: Oversee and manage websites running on WordPress and Wix platforms for our clients. Ensure websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, and regularly updated with relevant content.
• Email Marketing: Leverage your expertise with email marketing platforms, such as Constant Contact or Mailchimp, to create impactful and personalized email campaigns that nurture leads and boost engagement.
• Analytics: Review, analyze, and present comprehensive reports on website, social media, and email marketing performance. Use data-driven insights to fine-tune strategies and achieve better results.
• Digital Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Google Ads. Monitor performance metrics and use data-driven insights to enhance campaign success.
• Deadline-Driven: Work effectively on tight deadlines, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and exceed our clients’ expectations.
• Communication and Documentation: Collaborate with our team and clients, maintaining open lines of communication. Ensure clear and effective documentation of strategies, progress, and results.
• Highly Organized and Proactive: Keep all projects and tasks organized, ensuring that no detail goes unnoticed. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 Years of Marketing Experience: Bring at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing or within a marketing agency, showcasing a successful track record of driving results and achieving targets.
• Social Media Prowess: Proven experience in managing various social media platforms, with a deep understanding of their unique dynamics and best practices.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with social media management tools (Loomly, HubSpot, Canva), website platforms (WordPress, Wix), and email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Mailchimp).
• Data-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated experience in reviewing and interpreting analytical reports to make data-driven decisions.
• Motivated and Adaptable: Possess an eagerness to take initiative, embrace challenges, and adapt to a constantly evolving industry.
• Excellent Writing Skills: Demonstrated experience in copywriting for marketing.
