Full Job Description
Assists with on time delivery of HR related administrative tasks e.g. creating legal documents, keeping HR systems up-to-date, creating reports
Coordinates onboarding and termination actions
Participates in creation of purchase orders in our Oracle system and follow-up
Participates in the development of Shared Services concept in the region within the function of HR
Participates in the respective projects according to the company priorities, especially related to the usage of HR systems
Coordinates with current 3rd party service providers to find the best solution for HR Services and the company
Tracks and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Gives on request administrative HR support to other Centers of excellence
General Responsibilities • Participates in the administration of new hire orientation, employee trainings and candidate interviews • Coordinates pre-employmeny background tests, candidate screenings, required drug tests and any other mandatory compliance procedure • Collect, analyze and report on Human Resources performance measures, department statistics and industry trends • Coordinates all employee based human resources policies, which include but are not limited to; sign on bonus, tuition reimbursement, relocation reimbursement and miscellaneous allowances • Assists with the creation, development, implementation and maintenance of new or existing HR policies, and company wide policies Experience / Qualifications • A university degree and 0-2 years of experience (i.e. Bachelors degree) • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
