Senya (formerly Ready2Teach) is actively seeking K-12 substitute teachers primarily for schools in Utah, Salt Lake, Davis, Washington, Uintah, and Weber Counties.
We have been compared to the “DOORDASH” of substitute teaching. Our subs are able to work when they want and where they want. Jobs are posted by teachers and subs can accept the ones that work with their schedule. No minimum work amount is required and no degree or certification is necessary!
Here is our secret sauce – Our subs literally give themselves a raise. Senya has a unique tiered sub-platform. Here is how it works:
- Complete 5 jobs in a month, level up to tier 2, earning an additional 10% on top of what the school pays.
- Complete 10 jobs in a month, level up to tier 3, earning an additional 18% on top of what the school pays.

- Facilitating learning.
- Managing a classroom.
- Providing ongoing instructional support.
- Effectively communicating with school staff.
- Leaving detailed reports to the classroom teacher.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma.
- Must pass the Utah BCI background check.
What We Offer:
- Weekly, competitive pay: $90-$150 per day plus any qualifying tier bonus!
