About this role:
The Director of Technology GRC will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive GRC program for the organization’s IT environment. This includes ensuring compliance with all applicable IT regulations, such as SOX-404, SOC I & II, ISO, and various other Technology standards. The Director of Technology GRC will also be responsible for partnering with the Technology Risk Management team and supporting the wider organization in designing and implementing governance functions such as leadership and executive reporting and engagement, ServiceNow IRM adoption strategy, risk and compliance management committees.
