Role overview
The mission of our People & Culture team is to create a world class employer @ Shiftsmart. We’re building a high performing, diverse, and inclusive team where people can do their best work and have a blast doing it. We measure success based on how well team members are set up for success and the fun they have doing it.
In this role you will be responsible for designing and executing a people strategy that matches our unique business needs and culture. You will own the employee experience and implement initiatives to improve hiring, onboarding, learning, development, inclusion, belonging, and growth as we foster a high performing culture.
What you’ll do:
Develop and execute people strategies across the employee lifecycle in order to enable our hyperscale business
Drive strategic talent planning, organization needs assessments, programmatic talent insights, and inclusive employee experience design
Lead and empower transformation efforts including process improvement, capability development, and change management
Coach and consult with our senior most leaders to drive high performing teams that increase productivity and retention
