Are you passionate about helping other employees? We deliver a dynamic, customer-centric service within our HR Call Center, located in Orlando, FL, that supports customers with Tier One Hire to Retire inquiries related to payroll, HR policies, leave of absence, and travel & expense inquiries.
Position Summary
The AskHR agent is responsible for handling inbound calls from employees, managers, and business partners with Service Excellence, as well as maintain transaction records for all customer contacts using Siemens-specific tools in accordance with business directives and policies. The AskHR agent will apply HR knowledge, as well as utilize online tools and resources independently to provide resolve customer questions and issues.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Adaptability and flexibility to changes in scheduling, based on business volume
Ability to work hours between 8:00am – 6:00pm EST Monday through Friday
Being receptive to coaching and quality monitoring

Independent learning agility to build a broad knowledge of client products and services
