This is a fully remote opportunity, supporting our US operations based in Miami, Florida. This role is open to applicants based anywhere in the United States, candidates in the Eastern and Central time zones are preferred.
In this role, you can expect to:
Serve as the liaison to our PEO, Coadvantage
Track, monitor, and communicate: commission payments, compensation reports, compensation packages, and bonus structures
Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes; performance and talent management; and recognition and morale
Ensuring information is entered into our systems and maintained accurately for Payroll processing, HR reporting, and PTO tracking
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and recommend best practices, review policies and practices to maintain compliance
Manage and update HR files
Conduct and manage employee recognition programs, including birthday and anniversary recognition
Partner with our Director of Learning and Development on reviewing, tracking, and documenting compliance training
Assist with Onboarding of new employees and conduct Exit Interviews/Offboarding
Provide Employee relations support to Leadership
Respond to questions from employees and leadership about company benefits, policies, and HR Programs
All other duties as assigned, this role will interface often with other operations roles and tasks and assignments are subject to change and evolve as we grow
You are a good fit if you have:
BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years related work experience in Human Resources
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on tact, diplomacy, and handling of confidential information
Excellent customer service focus with attention to producing quality work
Experience with Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll processing and administration
Experience working with a PEO, preferred
Experience in a role with multiple projects and competing demands
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in Human Resources

You have a finance background, this role will report to and work very closely with our Director of Operations
