Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and process Workday Compensation Inbox transactions; ensure employee changes are processed accurately and timely.
Partner with recruiting, people business partners and management in evaluating jobs and benchmarking new hire and ongoing compensation.
Run Workday data audit reports; make corrections based on compensation eligibility rules.
Prepare and audit compensation related load files for Workday.
Keep appraised of federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations in order to ensure company compliance and oversee ongoing FLSA reviews.
Review current compensation trends, participate in compensation & benefit surveys, and prepare cost analyses to assist the organization in evaluating rewards proposals.
Provide basic research on compensation related questions and workday issues; escalate higher level compensation issues and concerns.
Ensure internal tools, resources and communications are up-to-date.
Support the Compensation team with all aspects of the various compensation cycles and assists in other projects as required
May participate in special compensation projects on an ad hoc basis.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
1-2 years of related experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible, team and customer-service oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
Must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Technical Skills:
Strong computer skills required and should be knowledgeable of: vlookups, formulas, if statements, pivots.
Workday experience a plus.
